Terms of service

1. Using the service

You may use Tolfy Cloud to store and share your own files. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share, do not attempt to disrupt the service, and do not use it to distribute malware. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

4. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Current availability is shown on the status page. Keep a separate backup of anything critical.

5. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms, and will give notice where reasonably possible.
